• The App can be used without creating an account
• Optional account creation enables data synchronization and backup features
• If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide (weight, age, etc.)
• You must use the App responsibly and not rely solely on its recommendations
• You are responsible for complying with local laws regarding alcohol consumption
• You must not use the App if you have alcohol dependency issues
